Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #93

This week Cupcake Inspirations has some precious inspiration cupcakes! The sponsor of the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge this week is Bugaboo Stamps. The little diaper is made from a square of toilet paper and mini safety pins! It's folded like a regular cloth diaper.
