I'm sooooooooo tired of clouds, rain and snow! If mother nature refuses to cooperate one must take the weather into their own hands. So I made a spring-y card! This is one of my all time favorite Stampin Up sets, "Merci". I colored images and background with my copics. Pretty fun!Supplies used on this project:
