I am so happy with how this project turned out! I give full credit for my inspiration to my friend Kerry. See her sample here that got me started. I found my block and stand at Hobby Lobby for a total of about $10. Not too shabby! I used some neat diamonds on the corners of the image for some added sparkle. I found them in the wedding dept at Hobby Lobby. They are little diamonds in settings with a wire like stem. I cut off the stem and mounted them with some extra sticky dimensional adhesive. My pretty angel is Mo's of course (Sending Peace). I used all light blues, grays and silver to color her. The shimmer is from glaze pens. This is my take on Mo's Challenge this week! We were challenged to use only color on the image, but white on the rest of our project. Please be sure you stop by the Challenge Blog to see all the wonderful design team samples and join in!
This is just beautiful Lisa--I want to try one of these but I can't find them anywhere (boo hoo)! The angel is stunning & love the silver elements!
