Guest Design Project for There's Magic in the Air

For the Spread the Love for Jaimie blog hop click here

I was so excited to be asked (without applying, begging, and/or coercing even!) to guest design for Nina at There's Magic in the Air. Some people I greatly admire have created for Nina so I feel very special to have been asked! Thanks Nina!

My first project was today's beautiful cornucopia image. We were challenged to use buttons on this too! I love using buttons so that was easy peasy! I printed this image on Stampin Up's Naturals White paper. It is a softer white and has some neat flecks in the paper. I colored my image with Copic markers. The fall leaves were really fun to blend the colors on! I love working with the colors of fall. I used a simple layout to showcase the beautiful image. The sentiment is also from There's Magic in the Air and printed on the same Naturals White paper. The satin ribbon is Celebrate It from Michael's. The corner punch is EK success.

Now you need to head over to There's Magic in the Air Blog to get this FREE beautiful image for your very own! You can create a project an enter for Nina's prize this week! I look forward to seeing what you create.
Thanks for letting me share my card with you today!

  5. WOW! Lisa! LOVE the coloring...I've gotta get me some of those copics! My prisamarkers are nice the copics just give it more dimension I think! I think I may have to "borrow" some of your ideas on this card...the layout/layering, the ribbon/bow, well EVERYTHING! So great to be on the TMITA team with you and can't wait to see what else you come up! Aloha, Kim
