Stamps and Smiles, The Fresh Batch Sketch Challenge #46

I wanted a new twist on a New Year's Card for this sketch. I drew my inspiration from this pretty Basic Grey paper. My sweet cupcake is from "Cuppy's Winter Wonderland". The cupcake is sparkly from a clear Spica marker. Please be sure you stop by TFB blog and see everyone's wonderful takes on this sketch!
