Kitty Halloween Greeting

This was a fun Halloween card to put together. I love the sparkly designer paper! I added black fine glitter to Toby's hat to make it match just right! I cut the bottom of the broom off and I made my own out of some brown fibers just for fun. Digital Delights by Louby Loo has some adorable images for Halloween! You can see them all here.

Now I'll share a bit about my project for this challenge. I found this cool canvas somewhere in m my stash. I grabbed it long ago, thinking it would be perfect for a project someday. It's one of the think canvases so it was perfect to cover. I had so much fun creating this. I was thinking a while back how a few of the Magnolia Stamps would look cute trick or treating together. Sweet Pea New Artist Blog Hop!

Magnolia Cowgirl Tilda with Hidden Gift



I am not really a fan of the "western" style....but boy do I like the way my "western" themed cards turn out! This adorable Tilda is "Cowboy Tilda" by Magnolia. She's from the Bon Voyage Collection. My tag gift card holder is a hidden element. The panel Tilda is on is raised up with the really thick dimensional adhesive to allow the tag to pass beneath. I love how it turned out!

Pure White


When I started to do this project it didn't really dawn on me that I was doing a white card with "Snow White"...but how cool hehe. I am a huge fan of Sassy Studio images and was so lucky to win 3 in one of their challenges a few weeks ago. I just couldn't go without a cute dwarf to make the picture just right. This dwarf is a coloring page image that I merged with the Sassy Studio Snow White using Photo Shop. I am thrilled with how cute they are together! If you've never tried an all - white project...you need to! They are lots of fun!

New Baby Card! Here comes Mack!


Some good friends of ours are expecting a little man who will be named Mack very soon! Today was their shower and this little card is what I made to go with our gift. Take a shine to this!



I enjoy playing with different textures and oh my did I go crazy on this project! I used shiny papers (black and white, flocked lace, enamel accent, Stickles, and wire! I wanted a clean and simple card though, and think the layout achieved that even with the bat springing off the card. The enamel accent stuff is really fun to use. It's by Ranger, Inkssentials enamel acccents and comes in a pack with white and black. The bottles are just like a bottle of Stickles.

I can't believe we're at the 50th challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil! My how time flies! I wanted to show my project to you in a mat and frame, but I just haven't had any luck finding just what I'm looking for. The image is on a full sheet (8.5x11"). I think it will be so cool once it's framed. I love the actual Tin Man's quote from "The Wizard of Oz"...especially being a Kansas girl!
