Guest Design Project #2 for Squigglefly
I am straying from all the red and green this month for a precious pink project! This is a creation for my guest design spot at Squigglefly this month. You all know I'm a pink freak and this card represents it so well hehe. I wanted a birthday card for a little girl and came up with this. The balloon strings are actually wire I cut and curled. The image actually comes with nicely drawn strings, but I chose to cut the image out and there is no way I could cut those tiny strings hehe. I don't often choose to use a white background either, but thought this really complimented my image. I ran a scallop border punch down the side and added some tiny pearls. The inside border edge is colored with a strip of pink Copic marker to show off the scallop outside edge, a fun effect! Hope you have a great day!
