Inch worm...inch worm...
Reminder: My 30K hit blog candy event goes on thru 9/11 midnight cst, here's the link
Oh how cute! I am not exactly fond of worms but am loving this one! It is from Whimsy Stamps. I made this card for this week's Whimsy Challenge. I play along but since I design for them I just play for fun! It's so neat to have a source of inspiration! This one was "touchy feely". I did one worm in a metallic green glaze pen, so it's smooth and flat. Another is colored with a Copic marker and topped with Crystal Effects so it's smooth, but raised. Another is glue topped with fine green glitter, so it's rough. The last is covered with green Stickles so it's bumpy. I framed it in a scrap of felt trim I dug out from my stash...you just never know when this stuff will come in handy! I edged the corners with pretty green sticky pearls. The base of the card is this really rough textured green paper. I got it from Michael's in a specialty pack of little papers. Worked perfect for this! The little punched out scalloped squares are mounted on green sparkly swirl Halloween paper from K and co. I hadn't really planned to go monochromatic with this, it just ended up that way hehe. Hope you like the little worms!

What a fab card Lisa! Love how you used that worm and the fun elements you've added to each. Great texture too. Thanks for joining in at Whimsy too! :)
