Oh yes it's yet another dog card hehe, but he has a kitty friend this time! All the stamps are from The Rubber Cafe'. I'll put a list of supplies at the bottom of my post. I used a mask and sponging again to create the spooky background. It's so cool and is very easy to do! If you are wondering how to do it, my Haunted House post has good directions { link }. I won't type all that out again and make this so long hehe. Instead of sponging from the inside outward like on the Haunted House, I just went left to right...I like how it looks windy!
