I made this for a color challenge on the Magnolialicious Yahoo grp. We had to use Regal Rose, Rose Red, Old Olive, and So Saffron colors from Stampin Up. As usual I used watercolor pencils to paint the image. I had some DP of Regal Rose and So Saffron. The other two are just plain card stock. I made the scallop ovals with Spellbinders.
