Itsy Bitsy Spider

I hate spiders...and I mean HATE!!! This one is different though! I had a blast creating this one! I used the spider web stamp and my Stamp-a-ma-jig (the tool that lets you see exactly where your stamp will be) to do a complete circle of the web. I went over the lines coming out from the center with a black Sakura glaze pen. The sparkly parts of the web have Stickles in icicle on them (a very thin line). The spider is actually fuzzy and cut from a piece of designer paper! I used a fuzzy fiber to hang it from. His eyes are just red sticky gems. All the stamps are from The Rubber Cafe'. Hope you enjoy it...I sure did!

Snowmen Need Hugs Too!

This little winter image is by Tracey at Fred She Said Designs. I just love how it's drawn! Here's a link to it. I colored the image with Copic markers. The snow they're standing on is Polar White, Flower Soft. I love the sparkle of it! Her coat's white fur is just white squirt paint. The tiny falling snowflakes have a dot of Stickles on them to give them some shimmer. The inside sentiment is from FSS as well. I added more Flower Soft under the word "Snow" and come blue paper glaze under the word "melt". This card is for this week's challenge at Friday Sketchers.

Fall Birthday Set

I haven't made a card with a Tilda lately. This one was fun...yes I know I say that about everything hehe. But it's true! I started with my image on the natural confetti paper from Stampin Up. It gives it a different look I think. These projects are also for a couple challenges. I'm using them in the Magnolialicious Highlites Challenge with this week's blog hop. I'm using it for the Stamp Something Challenge to make a birthday card. Finally, I'm using it at the Flourishes Challenge to use red/olive/black and a neutral (craft/confetti) color this week. Hope you enjoy my projects!

Candy Alert

Just a quick note to give you the heads up on some awesome Halloween Blog Candy! It's better than the real thing...no calories! Here's a link.

Summer Monarch

This is a digital image from KLM Designs { link }. The base paper is orange, then I have this cool sheet of plastic that reminds me of a really thin placemat. It is by KI Memories and I think I got it at Michael's. It really went well with this project! The ribbon is just a satin craft ribbon. I colored the image with Copic markers...even the background. I was really pleased with how it turned out! I'm also using this card for this week's Cute Card Thursday Challenge. Hope you like it too!

Ribbit Ribbit

This precious little green frog is from Whimsy Stamps { link }. My sister Jayme loves frogs (and weiner dogs too...fancy that hehe) so it will be making its way to her. She's fighting cancer right now and I hope it brings a smile to her day. I am also using it for this week's sketch challenge at S2G (Shirley's 2 girls). I hope it makes you smile too!

Wedding Bears

This precious little card is for my friend April who is getting married this weekend! It is a digital stamp from Dustin Pike. I was inspired by JoAnne's card here. I love the quick easy layout and think it sets off the image nicely. Have a great day!

Fresh Batch Sketch #29

This is my take on today's sketch for The Fresh Batch. I changed it up a little bit, but I just couldn't resist. This cute designer paper is by Kaiser Craft. I used the "Happy Birthday Cupcake" set from Stamps and Smiles { link }. The little cupcake and balloon are colored with Copic markers. The cardstock layers are Blush Blossom and Close to Cocoa, Stampin Up. The little flowers are punches and the center is a dot from Stampin Bella. I used chalk to give her cheeks some pink! I'm also using this card for the Copic Buzz Challenge to use pink/brown. Have a great day~

Guest DT project for Victoria Case Designs Challenge

This card is my guest design team card for the VC Challenge today. I won the challenge a couple weeks ago, and am able to be a guest designer as my prize! Pretty cool huh? This little princess is from Victoria Case Designs { link }. They provided the sketch for the challenge this week. The pretty princess is colored with Copic markers. Her lovley hat is touched up with chunky glitter from Stampin Up. The little toad is green from a metallic green Sakura gelly pen. The flowers are by Prima.

A trio of skeletons!

I'm still having fun with the Halloween images! This paper and skeleton go so well together I couldn't resist! The skeleton is from The Rubber Cafe', here's a link to it. I used black and white embossing powder for the skeletons. Their eyes have sparkly little gems! You know I can't resist adding sparkle! The paper is K and Co. Heads Will Roll Flat Paper. I tied loose knots on the ribbon pieces and just stuck them down with dots. The ribbon is 5/8" satin bright purple and green. Hope you like my skeletons~
