House Mouse & Friends Challenge #100 Blog Hop

I am the lucky lady who was up to choose the theme this week and I chose

Sadly this is my last challenge with HM&F as I'm needing more time to meet other commitments. I've enjoyed this team so very much and will miss them all greatly!



My project to share with you today!
A paper pieced (& pieced & pieced), twisted easel, new baby card!





WOW when I said paper pieced I meant it! All those tiny pieces of quilt and wallpaper between the bed slats are cut and pasted! Love the end project though!

    gorgeous detailed card. I love that wall pic on a frame, that genius RUG and the brilliant wall trimming. Amazing detailing, FAB folds and such lovely coloring.     Oh wow Lisa ,, I wondered how you made this and thought you had cut the bed out and popped it in front, it didn't occur to me that you had paper pieced it all !, this must have taken hours to make but so well worth it ,,, stunning card and I will be copying this idea !! :-)

    Wow this is incredible. I've never seen so much paper piecing going on and I love the little details like the rug and the picture on the wall too!     Lisa, a lot of snip, snip, snipping going on here, but I love the end result here too. The quilt looks wonderful and the kids are having a ball jumping on the bed. Just a delightful card.     Stunning card Lisa. That paper piecing is amazing, it must have taken you ages. But well worth it. And that image is super-cute, ideal for a new baby card.

    I've loved being GDT at HM&F this month, it's been a lot of fun and all the DT have been so nice.

    What a precious card. Now I need to find a tutorial for a twisted easel card - I guess the card front folds under for mailing, instead of outside like the normal easel cards?
