This challenge is to use texture on your project. I love the sweet mermaid and had a background sheet I'd make that used metallic blue and purple paints I knew would work well for this! I also used some mulberry paper that I embossed with the scale Cuttlebug folder. It was originally white, so I airbrushed it with blue and purple to make it fit in better.
