As I said I'm a Kansas girl so this image immediately had to join my collection! It's from Victoria Case Designs. This sketch is from their weekly challenge. I made the rainbow background by sponging various colors. The image is colored with Copics. I added some red sparkle to her shoes with a Sakura Metallic Glaze pen. I printed the sentiment out on the computer. Cute little Dorothy!
