Stormy Night
This card is a couple techniques. I used the reflection technique to do the trees (Lovely as a Tree, SU). It's pretty simple really...you stamp your main image on your white cs. You stamp it again on a baggie (avoid the creases). You flip your baggie over and press the image (reversed) onto your paper. It's pretty cool. I used Night of Navy for the trees. I sponged the entire sheet (other than the ground) with Baja Breeze. I used a ripped piece of cs for a mask and sponged upward, moving the mask, with Night of Navy. I sponged the ground under the trees with Handsome Hunter. I went over the center areas with Night of Navy again to blend the colors more and add depth. That's it:) Not too tough was it! Hope you enjoy!

ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous!! I have to try this!
ReplyDeleteJust a plain ol. cheap baggie. Just make sure you avoid the edges where the creases are. A piece of waxed paper might do the trick too!
