Bellas with Friends
Yes more Bellas...can't help it! They are just too fun to create with! These all have been smaller versions thus I scanned instead of photographed them. Plus it's been so rainy lately I couldn't get a sunny day to take pictures if I had to!
The top card is with the Bella of the 4 ladies...the name escapes me and I got it through an image exchange. Instead of using the 4 I cut it up and used only 3. Their dresses are shiny black from a Black Jelly glaze pen. Instead of holding stamps they are eaching holding a tiny pink flower with a little diamond inside. I added little square mirrors all down the left side and the mulberry paper behind them has little silver dots. The base paper is a silver metallic as well...the scan didn't really pick up the sparkles well. Definately a sparkly, formal sorta card, but I like it!
The second one is Javabellas. I went wayyyy easier on this one and just colored the image with prismacolor pencils and added some baubles with a pretty background paper.
Hope you enjoy them!

Aargh Me Hubby's Birthday Card!
My dear hubby is celebrating his birthday tomorrow. I must admit I have a "thing" for pirates and he humors me! This is the card I designed just for him. I got the ship and skull stamps from Whipper Snapper. I love their art! I printed the sentiments on my computer. All the images were burned around the edges. The ship and skull were colored using prismacolor pencils and then I clear embossed them. I sponged around them to get the sunset effect, water, etc. The little treasure map is a scrap of handmade paper with the little map symbols just drawn on with marker. The base paper is SU Craft paper...just love that stuff! I hope you enjoy this card...and I sure hope he does! Thanks for looking!

Two of my Favs!
Yes there's more! These are two of my absolute favorites! The dance one is Bellarina and the sentiment is by Serendipity Stamps. The lower one is Tinkerbella. I added lots of bling to the fairy one! Hope you like them!

More Bellas!
Hello Everyone. I hope you're not tired of Bellas yet hehe. I want to thank all of you for your sweet comments and emails about my work. It means a great deal to me that you take the time to write your thoughts!
The Bella above is Walkabella and the bottom is Presentabella. Both are stamped in Black Staz On and colored with Prismacolor pencils and oms. I added Bella's Baubles (of course!) and a bit of ribbon.
Thanks for looking!

My first Magnolia....
Well it figures I found a new line of stamps I can't wait to get my hands on! This line is called "Magnolias". They are a stamp line from the Sweden. I am thrilled that Diana Crick designer of Scor-pal is going to be retailing these lil beauties soon! A dear friend was kind enough to do a HUGE image swap with me so I have some of these to play with! You'll be shocked to find I actually used something other than my Prismacolor pencils (although I have 24 new colors!!!) to add the color to my image. I found I wanted more shading than my Prismacolors were giving me, so I used my watercolor pencils. The white accents were by using a stylus and very tiny brush with Bombay white india ink. Her wings are sparkly white from Twinkling H2o's and the sentiment is black stazon on vellum. The baubles are by Bella! Hope you like her!
Baby Bumm
This adorable lil one is a new Bella stamp I grabbed last week. I added the flower to make it more "girly". I just fell in love with this when I saw it! Hope you think she's as cute as I do!

Two more Bellas...
I forgot to mention that these are all scanned instead of photographed. It's been cloudy and I will only use the camera for my cards when it's nice and sunny! The bella in red and black is Mwahbella and the other is Goodluckabella. Mwahbella is a blast to color! Hope you like them!
Two Bellas
As you all know I'm crazy about this line of stamps! The one in overalls is Veggiebella and the other is Lattebella. I colored both with Prismacolor pencils and added some embellishments to throw on some more pizzazz! Hope you like them (hehe cuz there's 13 more hehe). Don't worry I won't post them all in a day!

Happy Birthday "that girl" Erin
This cute Bellarina is for my daughter's friend Erin. We affectionately refer to her as "that girl" Erin as my dear hubby is also Aaron. She and my daughter Ashley have been best friends since they met in preschool when they were 3. These girls live on the opposite sides of town and see each other every week at dance class and whenever else they can manage to get a ride! Erin is celebrating her birthday today and this is the card I designed just for her. She's a special young lady and we are very proud she's Ashley's friend!
Maisy with Class!
I just think this Maisy line is adorable! They are by Bella. The photo doesn't show how I used the Crystal Effects to make the red of the flower all shiny. Her pant suit is colored with a black Jelly Glaze pen. I also colored her collar, belt, cuffs, and shoes with a Jelly sparkly red pen. I used Twinkling H2o's to paint her wings a sparkly white. There are also a few red Baubles to add some more zing! I think she's just spunky!
Thanks for visiting!

Morning Glories
I just love these flowers and this stamp (Stampin Up-Morning Soft). I used prismacolor pencils and oms to color the images. I made the dots with the Cuttlebug dot embossing folder...I hope I don't wear that folder out! I added Bella baubles in pearl and that's it! I thought such a busy image really didn't need much embellishment. Hope you like them!

You Go Girl!
I can't take credit for this cute card pattern. I picked it up at Scrapbook's Etc. as a card kit. I added the mini brads, ribbon, and image. I used a Bella image colored with prismacolor pencils to match the paper. I also added a rub on sentiment to the front. This card goes to my friend Kim who's suffering with a root canal right now! Hope it cheers her up!
Bella Sew Sweet
This Bella is for my Mom's birthday on Tuesday! She loves to sew and stamp...this was just the perfect image for her card! The image is colored with prismacolor pencils and oms. I used the Stampin Up corner punch to do the little green corners. The paper is from Hobby Lobby...one of those sparkly lil paper pads. Hope you like it....hope she likes it more!!!

You Go Girls!
This gorgeous pink paper came home with me from the scrapbook store and this Bella stamp was just what it needed! I did all four Bellas in the same color and added black trim. I just love this line of stamps! I added a black satin ribbon across the bottom and some black sticky gems on the side (no idea where those come from, my Mom gave them to me!). Now that I think of it...this reminds me of the Sex in the City gals!
Asian Flair
I am surprisingly fond of this card. I don't usually like the Asian images, but this one really struck me. I used the Artfully Asian (SU, soon to be retired) set for the flower. I colored it with SU markers and added stickles and gold sticky gems (Michaels). The background was done by stamping the image using the Ruby Red on Ruby Red paper. For the little kimono I looked at Splitcoast Stampers and got an idea of what I wanted and drew it. I cut the kimono out of Far East paper collection. I added a belt of gold thread. Thanks for looking!
Just Chillin
I am just crazy about these mice! This one was for a summertime card swap. I used prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits to color them. I added Crystal Effects (SU) to the ice cubes to make them shiny and more realistic. I added a little crease all the way around the bright pink layer with my scor-pal to give it some dimension. I didn't add any embellishments or such as I think the image is so busy it stood alone. Hope you all had a great 4th!

Lucky Ladybug
I nabbed this neat metal frame at Target. It was just begging to be stamped on! I removed the glass and replaced it with the cute lil Ladybug (Penny Black). I placed this cool red velvet paper (had this stuff forever and never found the right project for it) under it. The frame was stamped with versamark first then embossed with black ep. I colored in the ladybugs with my red copic marker. I also added a few baubles under the ladybug (baubles are by Bella). My Bella Sistah Shawn gets this special little art piece since she collects ladybugs!
Have a great day!

Glamor and Glitz
Can we ever have too many sparkles? I think not! This cute Bella was a card I designed for a "Glitzy Girl" swap. That shiny lip paper had hopped in my cart at Michaels I think and this was the perfect occasion to use it! I adore that Bella stamp since it's so versatile. It is a blast to color and make it look like she's wearing a hot lil leather skirt and boots. I have another Bella order coming and can't wait to play! Thanks for looking!
