Sunday's With Crissy Challenge #7 Christmas in July

Striking Swirls


I went for a dramatic palette for this project. This image is a beauty. I love the large blossom too! I actually made it. It's from gray card stock and black distress ink with some Stickles (see link to tutorial below).

Bee Necklace




I've had these little 1 1/2" glass pieces in my stash for ages! I decided that these little bee images would make a really cute necklace! I used two pieces of the glass and a silver holder. It was really fun and super easy!

Hugs and Fishes



Is this not the most adorable fish image? It was so fun to color! I think it'd be gorgeous to color like a beta fish too...maybe in blues and purples! I used acetate to make this card too...thought it fitting with the water theme and all. The hole on the front is from a Nestie die... it worked fine through the 2 layers of paper and acetate...I wasn't sure when I started rolling it through but it was fine. I don't know if that would work with thick card stock though. Anyway...hope you enjoy my little fishy friend! Details below on where to get it for your own!

We all scream for ice cream!


This little Tilda is all for ice cream! I haven't done much work with black backgrounds...I was really happy with how this turned out. It's much more dramatic than I expected.
