Sunny Little Notebook

I was ready for a bright, sunny project after a week of this gloomy rain! This is a little notebook I purchased a while ago from the dollar bin at Michael's. That spot is great for finding cheap things to stamp on! It turned out far cuter than I anticipated hehe. Love it when projects do that!

Fairy Special Birthday by Digital Delights

I love fairies! "Fairy"l is in the July release at Digital Delights. She was so fun to create with and I love all the fun sparkles she just demands! I haven't done many shaped easel cards and pretty much made it up as I went along. I made the base like usual, then chose a shape and cut the base to match. I love the little light up birthday cake too...I can share a tutorial on those with you here. I did make my paper that wraps around it a bit wider so the cake is taller.

Card Drive for Michelle Oatman

This is my project for the card drive in honor of Michelle. She is a stamper who raises the cutest donkeys. She has suffered a terrible accident losing her right eye. Those of us in the stamping community wanted to help her out. This adorable image and 3 sentiments (please see below) are being offered by Whimsy Stamps during the card drive for Michelle. I hope my post doesn't make you guys too hungry! I can't take the credit for this yummy cupcake, it's from Cold Stone Creamery and is full of scrumptious cake batter ice cream and red velvet cake all in a chocolate cupcake holder! Yeah...just suffered through this project hehe. I had seen cupcake boxes, holders and such, but never tried one. I'm always up for a new template project! I am so happy with this one. I had to tweek the inside piece as I wanted a floor for the cupcake to sit through. I'll link you the template below!
